This review is from fromThis review: Stamina 25 lbs Versa-Bell II Adjustable Dumbbells (Sports) I wanted these because I wanted a real dumb-bells, in contrast to the seemingly strange Powerblocks. It was between them, but I would like to be able to use these and to avoid changing my exercises because of the strange design above Powerblocks. Okay, this is not a review of SDS, but they require attention in the background. I like the feel of them. They are solid and do not ring when using them. It's not cheap made. Gaining on the job well, but they are difficult to read, and you must configure them to both sides, not just one set at all. If you shift down 2.5 lbs or one step, it's fast, but if you want to drop from 17.5 to 10 lb dumbbells in both you have to rotate a set of four, not two, and you can spin them in the wrong direction. In other words, unlike dumbbells Bowflex not clear in which direction increases and that decreases.
