I went to my local Sears and tried out the Bowflex SelectTechs; then I attempted out the PowerBlocks that a mate owns. I Came across the Ironmaster Speedy Lock technique after researching adjustable dumbells online; I heard the Ironmaster name mentioned in a bodybuilding chat forum wherein the original poster had mentioned SelectTechs versus PowerBlocks, and of the replies mentioned that the Ironmaster was best.

To make this brief: bowflex dumbbells is of the best fitness products I have ever used. I bought the Quick-Lock Dumbell technique along with the Tremendous Bench, and the 120lb add-on kit (each DB goes up to 120lbs), the total with shipping and everything was under $1000.

I looked at the Ironmasters online, and they are aware that people seldom have a chance to ""try before you buy"", so they created a favorable 30-day return owner as a trial period. Impressed by their confidence in their bowflex dumbbells along with my own research, I decided to give the Ironmasters a try.
