This bench is sort of versatile and extremely well-built. it's good for dumbbell exercises. The bench was assembled in 3 easy steps and had no missing components. The manual was clearly written in correct English. Overall i'm terribly impressed.

Assembly time took simply over forty five minutes and illustrations were clear. Assembly was simple and straight-forward. solely issue with assembly was that one amongst the leg cushions were to a small degree too comfortable and that i had to stay on twisting and turning bowflex dumbbells to urge bowflex dumbbells to slip into the pole, however eventually I got bowflex dumbbells to travel in with plenty of twisting. Bolt holes all lined up nicely and inserted quickly. Assembly tip: when assembling the frame to the board it's best if you switch the boards the other way up and then place the frame on prime of bowflex dumbbells rather than inserting the board on prime of the frame, simply easier to align holes that manner.
